Dear WordPress Help

Now again I have problems using WordPress and this time both by Android and PC.

In the morning here around 8 hours ago, I tried to post and include a photo, which was not possible from my Android, even I tried 4-5 times, I think.

Next, I open a post here, very short time ago, 10 minutes I think, I made a post and wished to correct it, and then I can only write while I delete my old post, 5 minutes old, I was not allowed to ad some extra text without deleting the old text.

THIS IS NOT SATISFACTORY AT ALL. I don’t feel happy in this way of use.

Most of all I use my Android Tablet and I do secure to update most possible. I do send reports, when something is not function, and still I’m not able to post what I like to post. Only without photos, which I don’t like.

I really hope, that you will get this repaired very fast.

  2. Irene, I feel for you, I really do. I’ve had so many problems with WP and I have found if I just wait it out, those problems usually iron out. Not all. It’s frustrating and it is not right how WP treats us. Hang in there, my friend. Just hang on. (((HUGS))) Amy

    • Thank you for your support Amy. I just get frustrated, when I use to post in the morning and am able to post all other places, just not at WordPress, which for me is the most important place.
      I hope they will figure the mistakes out and repair fast.

  3. Irene, I have had issues too – especially using the WP app rather than going directly on to the website. Someone said that when we use the app, WP may be out of sync with updates on the devices and it takes them time to get in synch again.

    • Thanks Val, I have had these problems before then they fixed it so it was usable again. Otherwise I try to restart but this did not function either, why I felt frustrated. WP have several problems with the app and my tablet is not fast enough for the browser or Google does not work very well for me, why I prefer to use the app.
      I do understand that the sync demands time and I try to be patient.
