Creative Jewelling & Life

At the moment I’m searching information about so many things like How to live in Germany? What do I do, when I want to bring my pets? Are there any special rules for that? Etc. etc. etc.

When a movement are going to be prepared, it takes a lot of time and informations are needed about so many diffrent things, that I’m started to write at paper, what is next to find information about. Otherwise I forget it, until much later and get annoyed at myself, why didn’t I write it down last time?

For now I do my best to fill up my shops at Etsy & DaWanda with jewelry & accessories and I hope to sell a lot, so I don’t need to pack and bring so much, when I move to Germany. Of course I will continue to create new jewelry, but it would be nice to make a little saving for this too.

The last days I have been sewing at my machine. Repaired clothe for both the Summer and for the next Winter. I have searched to find new and good patterns to sew some new Summer clothe, I have enough of fabric, so I would like to create some new clothe.

I’m working with my personal development to get better with my health. I hope to find the way to be able live without need of so many painkillers etc. as I get now. I do some yoga and meditation to find myself and find out why I got sick at first. This is not easy, but I believe that is possible.

At the moment I get enough exercise by walking with Odin. We walk around 1 hour in the morning and between 1Β½ – 2 hours late in the afternoon, which I can feel are great for my health. It is wonderful to walk in the nature and enjoy the changes of the seasons and see a lot of animals at the way too.

After the morning walk in the nature with Odin in the morning we go to the Mediterranean Sea, enjoy the beautiful view and while Odin lay and relax, I do my meditation with fresh air. After this I feel ready to start my day in a great way.

What do you do to take care of your health and life? We can exchange our ideas and get inspired πŸ˜€

  1. Glad you are gathering all the information you will need for your move.
I know what it is to have pain. Yes, walking is a great thing, as much as you are able. Nature helps too. It can be so relaxing on the mind to be out in it.
Spending time by the sea like that sounds incredibly peaceful as well.

  2. Hope all goes well with your move. What made you think of moving to Germany?

  3. Sounds like you are working on balance Irene. It’s important for us physically, spiritually and mentally to be balanced. I’m living proof that you can finally get off painkillers. I’ve been taking them for years and just recently stopped. Good for you for all you’re doing. Give Odin a pet for me. πŸ™‚

  4. I have to admit Irene I have been very slack of late about my exercise….as its winter here and the morning cold I am finding it easy to stay in bed where it is warm and cosy. But I can see a change coming soon as I am becoming more motivated…..Good luck with your move I hope it works out for you…

    • Thank you. I do understand you with the weather. In the winter I also find it more difficult to do so much, but a dog needs to ho out, no matter the weather πŸ˜‰

Motivation to exercise is seriously lacking with me… the neuropathy in my feet makes it hard to enjoy walking as I once did, but I know I need to do it more often… thanks for the gentle nudge. Good luck with your move!
