Creative Jewelling & Life

When I woke up this morning the first I heard were drip, drip, drip and then thunder and lightening. It started in the night and continued the most of the day with very grey weather here in Spain.

When I walked out with Odin I weared my raincoat, but still I was more than wet, when we came back, so off with the wet clothe, into a shower and dry clothe on again to avoid having a cold.

I was more lucky when we walked out later at the day. It was still grey, but no more rain and thunder, so we could have our usual longer walk.

I have had a busy week, where I have been sorting out in my fabrics to see, what I could use for creating some new clothe. Until now I made some tops and T-shirts, also for the cold Winter to come. I try my best to use all my fabrics, so I don’t have so much to bring for my next movement. I love the process from looking at the fabric until I create a pattern, get it sewed and try it. Sometimes I’m more lucky than other times ๐Ÿ˜€

I haven’t been online for hours, as I use to be, but I scheduled my posts so I could use time for sewing too. I have been reading a lot of posts in my breaks from sewing and in early morning or late evening, when I needed to relax. That is a very nice way to follow all of you and your lives, as I do appreciate very much.

In my plans for the coming week I will create more at my sewing machine. I don’t know what yet, but I will find out ๐Ÿ™‚ I continue to do my meditations and work with my personal development, which all take time.

What are your plans for the coming week?

Irene

Have fun!

  1. Our day was flip flopped from yours. We started out sunny then we got the rain and lightening. My week will be busy with work. And life. ๐Ÿ™‚ But those are great things so I don’t mind. I “hope” to get in a bike ride tomorrow. Today we went to see art! ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. Irene, our weather sounds similar! I am trying to get into the studio….. May you be more successful.

  3. We too have had two days of rain and over night too Irene.. Good to know you got some sewing in also.. I have been reading this week when the Sun was shining in my garden.. its been magical just to sit and chill out.. Thank you so much Irene for your lovely visits,, You always brighten my day..
Love and Hugs, and I hope the Sun soon comes out to brighten us all with joy again soon.. Love Sue xxx โค

  4. Sometimes a rainy day is welcome to get chores and hobbies done in the house. Sewing is one of my favourite past times also. I hope you post your creations. Enjoy, Melissa
