I am Val and I got bronchitis from a cold flight last weekend, I do get medication, but this takes some of my energy. Enjoy your time ❤
This time of year does churn things up – especially in our lungs. Take good care my friend 💛
Thank you Val and I do take care and feel better day by day. For me the worst about the antibiotics is, that they make me so tired for long time. I do eat yogurt to compliment my stomach.
You are right, this time a year use to be the worst for the lungs, but we do still have warm weather, up to 25-28 degrees C in the midday, only more cold in the nights.
