You are such a sensitve and thoughtful person, Irene. It touches me a lot right now. It is ineresting that I immediately held the stone in my left hand and then put it in my left pocket. The pocket in my hoody goes from left to right full-length and after a little while the stone had wandered towards the middle which was exactly the spot where I feel the emotional stress physically the most. If you don’t have green fluorite, then you can use the green aventurine, as I think you have, if I remember right. Keep it on as a jewelry or in your left side in a pocket close to the skin ❤

There is not much green, my friend. This is ONE reason why I find Winters so difficult. Green heals me, comforts me, calms me.
If you are in for it, then try to hug a tree. The trees offer their love to us, when we hug them. I find it very calming.
