You have been hard to find lately. I’m not sure how I got here today but so happy that I did. How are you? It has been a difficult time around here as I search for a better place to live. I will soon be able to be vaccinated for COVID and am trying to decide whether to try it or not. I’m allergic to so many medications that I worry it might give me the disease. ON the other hand I sure don’t want to get the virus. So many people around me have had it and some have died of it. We live in frightening times, my friend.
Are you able to see your family? We haven’t been able to visit ours since last March and I’m really missing them. One of my brothers passed away from a disease he contracted when stationed in Turkey more than 40 years ago. He lived in Colorado and I haven’t seen him for five years. They can’t have a funeral because of the virus but I can’t travel that far anyway. He died five days before Christmas with one sister who lives in Colorado holding him. I’m glad she was with him and he didn’t die alone.
These lovely earrings make me wish I could still wear them. Angie
Hi Angie. I think, that you are right about taking the vaccination. Many have died because of it and many others have bad things happening with their health after haven the virus and that for long time.
I hear you with your brother and I feel sorry for you. I lost my mother in February and her ash isn’t in the soil yet either, also because of the virus.
I live close to my daughter and granddaughters now and see them often.

I’m so glad you are close to some of your family. That makes a big difference in your life. I am also trying to get on the list for the vaccine, but it is difficult to get in touch with them. I’m not sure our building management is trying very hard, although they say they are negotiating with the authorities to provide them. I have no means of transportation to go the the sites, so have to wait until they come here. Not too sure they will actually do that since our managers don’t care if they do or not. Hopefully I’ll find another place soon that is affordable. You take care and stay safe, my friend
