Update at my life


Dear Reader

I’m home again after being at the hospital since the 8. of June. I came home late Monday and now I try to find a new rhythm in my new life

As many of you know, my daughter was so kind to update you about, what was going on with my health, for what I’m very grateful and huge thanks to my dear friend Amy for her kind help with posts, while I was away

I don’t have much energy or abundance yet, but I wish to let all of you know, that I feel very grateful for all your love, prayers and kind wishes for both my family and me

For describing my health simply, when I went into the hospital; I got an serious infection in my lungs and my other organs were close to shot down too. The doctors told me, that if I was coming the next day, I would have been death. There are much as I don’t remember from that time. My brain didn’t work well either

I went into ICU and in a respiratory machine, where I stayed for between 2-3 weeks in and out of coma. I was at ICU for 35 days. Then I went to Medical Department. After so long time just laying in a bed, my body didn’t function well. I needed to learn how to hold a pencil or other tools in my hands, how to walk etc. I do walk now by myself, just not very fast. I need to practice to train my muscles in the body, so my body will get strong again. This demands a lot of time, why I will not be much online in here

Still there are many things, as I’m not able to yet, fx. bowing myself down and come up again easily and stop shaking so much at my hands, so practice is needed, also so I will be able to create jewelry again

I do enjoy to be home again and together with my pets, as also became very happy to see me again after more than 8 weeks in the hospital. Now my real healing can go on in my own home and in my own speed. I enjoy the peace here, specially in the nights, where no one are disturbing

I thank you for your patience through all this long time. I will visit your blogs, when I feel the energy and abundance. I might not be commenting as much as usual, but I will show you, that I have been visiting by a Like

My dog Odin has been ill since before Easter, which have given me much stress by time and because we couldn’t get a diagnose. We are still not sure about that, but should get more to know this week.

Odin got some new medication last week and it seems to work, he is not bleeding now. This gave me some peace in mind and just enough for my health to react. I went down with a virus and have used mostly of my time in my bed since Friday.

When I woke up today, I started feeling better, so I hope it will be better from now.

I have asked for your patience several times in this period and now I will need more time to get a change to catch up at your blogs. I’m still tired and need to find my energy again.

Update at Odin

A spring photo of Odin, where he is happy and feeling good. He is not looking so happy today

Odin started last week to bleed from one side of his nose. Then our vet took blood tests to find out the reason for this. He found out, that Odin had an infection and otherwise his blood test looked good. There were no indications for other illnesses. Odin got 2 kind of medication and we hoped the best. The vet told me, that Odin could continue the bleeding until Monday

In the weekend, Odin started to bleed from his nose many, many times. I did my best to stop it and to keep him calm. Didn’t leave him alone at all, because he was scared, when he started to bleed, which I found understandable

It became worse and worse and more often with the bleeding, so I contacted the vet again and Odin got more tests and X-ray and needed then to go to another Vet Hospital for Endoscopy and other kind of tests, which happened yesterday. Two times of sedation in one day can be a little tough, so our Vet decided to keep him in the clinic last night to secure, they could help him, if anything would happen

I’m happy to be able to say, that nothing bad happened. Now we know, that Odin has an infection in one side of his nose and they took more blood tests today to find out, why he got the infection from beginning, to avoid this to be repeated. We should get these answers Friday

Odin came home in the afternoon, happy to be home again and I was very happy to see him again. He is now very tired and I will need to keep him as calm as possible for the next 2 weeks. No long walks and nothing exciting, because this can start his bleeding again. I got new medication for him and need to give him an injection daily to avoid more bleeding the next days

Odin has been shaved many places in the last week, so I decided to share a more happy photo of him

Sunset in Spain

Dear Reader

Because of serious illness in my family, I need to set my shops in vacation mode for a while, where I will be away and not able to manage my shops.

I don’t know for how long time, so if you have any wishes og ideas about buying jewelry or accessories from me in near future, please order before Wednesday, so I have a chance to create and send for you.

I will post my jewelry and accessories until Tuesday evening. After that time I will try to create some photo posts, when I have the possibility.

I will do my best to read, comment and share your posts, when I can. Please be patient, my time will be very limited at the blog for a while.
